If you don't know Danny Trejo by name, you will recognize his face, and his face is EVERYWHERE at Trejo’s Taco’s. His face is on the building, water bottles, number buzzers, hats, coffee mugs, hot sauce, and more. The best is you get done eating your taco and BAM Danny Trejo is under the taco! The tacos and bowl were good. I recommend the “young jackfruit” taco and horchata. Especially the horchata. That horchata was either really good or I'm just thirsty at the time of writing this. I could go for that horchata right now. My only regret was not getting a hat. Those hats were real cool. Danny Trejo has a beer that was available at the beer counter next door. There is validated parking. Probably for two hours.

Mr. Trejo has done it again. The recommended tacos (barbacoa, carnitas) were incredible, as was the Baja fish. Not just meat and tortilla, there was a ton of complimentary flavors and ingredients that made for a complex and delicious meal. A little expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. 2-3 tacos is a decent size meal here. Thank you Mr. Trejo

I had an incredible fried chicken burrito bowl here. The staff were lovely and food wonderful. They have a salsa bar where you serve yourself which is a nice touch!

Gio is the man! I stopped by for some tacos and was a bit disappointed to see that the team’s tips max out at 18%, with the option to customize (which I imagine many people might not take advantage of). I was so impressed with the service that I would have gladly given a 25% tip if it were an option. I think adjusting this could really benefit the team and encourage their continued excellence in hospitality. Offering options for 18%, 20%, and 25% would make it easy to reward their outstanding work. Just my humble opinion as someone who appreciates great service!

The best baja fish taco I have ever tried! Highly recommended! I also tried the carnittas and the asada, which were also pretty good. We also enjoyed the cheesy bean dip and chips as an appetizer. I would recommend giving them a try. Besides, how can you not like Danny Trejo?

Taco Trio - Baja fish, carnitas, beef barbacoa/ 5 ! The Danny Trejo success story is an amazing one. I love that he has turned his life into an example of American entrepreneurship. I was at The Orignal Farmer's Market and was craving tacos. I have been meaning to try Trejo's Tacos for some time so I thought it would be worth a try. Very tasty and well made. Everything tasted fresh and all three tacos had plenty of fillings. As you eat your way through, Danny Trejo's iconic look stares back at you from your taco plate. Some day I'll research and explore the abundant taco spots around LA but until I'm ready to do a deep dive, Trejo is a person I respect and I trust his foray into the tacosphere. Next I'll have to go sample his donuts.
